have worked out the quantities of various structures from different live
projects. Appropriate rates of various items of works have been used to
arrive at total cost & cost per unit of these buildings/structures.
The cost per unit can take the following forms depending up on the type
of structure. * Rs / M2 of Floor Area. (Plinth Area Rates - PAR). * Rs / M3 of capacity. * Rs / RM { Running meter } * Rs / No.
A user can arrive at a reasonable cost of structure by studying the
cost/unit rates of various structures. Alternately he can feed the
actual rates of items in the appropriate module to arrive at a
more refined cost. Also if the quantities, rates & Total Area
(Unit) is available of a given module than exact PAR or Cost Per Unit
could be worked out.
The rates
vary with time & place. The quantities worked out are approximate in
nature & are not necessarily from the details indicated. These
indicative quantities are averages of similar type of items from various
projects. |
