| No. The programs run independently from your local drive. However Keep Super Rate Analysis LOCKED CD all the time in the CD ROM drive while carrying our rate analysis or looking for information. | ||

| No. It works only on PC. The computer should have its operating system (OS) installed in C drive. | ||

Can we Save, Re-open & Edit our files ? | |
| No. " Super Rate Analysis " program is not based on "Data Base". Hence facility for file creation, save, re-open, edit & display are not available. Every time program starts with its default settings. However you can print the area within the table. Before printing indicate some information in "Project / Reference No. / Item Designation " Box. This is because only data within the table will be printed without specification & its heading. |

IF any Variable is changed in one file, will it change the other files also. | |
| No. A user has to change the labour / Material rate as per the prevailing labour / Material rate in his area or as per the minimum labour wage. Once the labour / Material rate is changed in one file it will not automatically change the values in other file. Also once the user exit's the program the values he has entered are lost. When the program is re-started the default set of values are displayed. |

Can I Copy & Print the Specs and Rate Analysis. | |
| Yes. A user can select the required specification & right click, select copy. Now go to any editor of your choice such as M. S. Word, again right click & paste. Now specification can be saved to this file or could be printed. |

What if their there is any discrepancy or error found in the software. | |
| The author has been using most of these programs for the past several years. However their could be some bugs or genuine errors in designs or databank. We request the users to bring these to the notice of the author through email or by letter, describing in details the data entered, actual & expected output. Appropriate Action will be taken on case to case basis. | ||

How the software will be delivered ? | |
| Super rate analysis software will be delivered by Courier Service or by Registered A. D. within 3 to 4 days of receiving the Remittance (Cheque/DD) within India. Duly acknowledged receipt & Bill will be included in the packing. | ||
