SOFTWARE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Run the Setup and re-start the computer.

GO to START -> Programs -> Name_Of_Software.exe

Right Click on Name_Of_Software.exe  -> Send to Desk Top (Create Short Cut).

Now double click this short cut icon to start the program.

Your computer will generate User's Code.

This Computer Generated User Code will have 8 ( Eight ) Characters.

It is Recommended to Upgrade / Change / Repair the Motherboard / Computer before asking for User Code.

Send this User Code + Purchase details viz;

1. Name of Purchaser

2. Bill / Receipt no.

3. Date of Bill / Receipt

4. Our License no. on Card.

5. Names of Softwares Purchased

6. Computer Generated User Code for Each Software,

by Email, we will send the Password within 2 days.
 
2. Each SUPER CIVIL CD software so purchased shall be installed & used on a Single Computer & hence are Priced and licensed on per computer basis for a single user. If a customer wants to install a software on multiple computers / users then more than one copy (License) of software shall be purchased. We have kept the price of our softwares very reasonable, atleast 20 times less than other softwares. We expect Users to buy multiple licenses (atleast 3 - 5). 30 % discount is offered on Purchase of Additional License of the same software. Discount is available on Additional License & not on the 1st License. User will be provided with one password for every software purchased. Hence user codes shall be sent accordingly. If a user wants to install all the softwares purchased in one computer then he shall send only one user code.
 
User should preserve the Password & in case of any problem with the computer, such as Re-Installation of Window OS / Drive Formatting etc. use the same Password after running Setup.exe from our software CD. SUPER CIVIL CD office does not keep record of the Password once it is given to the user. The password is required to be entered only once, and not always when the computer starts.
 
Note that our Software License is Linked to Customers Computer Generated User Code. Any change in User Code means expiry of License. However If a User has lost Password or changed / Upgraded the Motherboard or User Code has changed due to any reason then Same License can be renewed after paying a nominal fee of Rs 500 or Rs 1000 per Software. Renewal of any Software License (User Code) can be availed off only twice. It is Recommended to Upgrade / Change / Repair the Motherboard / Computer before asking for User Code. 
 
 Softwares will not work from Server / LAN.
3. Always run the software from its desk top icon short cut.
4. Use JavaScript enabled browser.
5. In case the program does not run, install vbrun6 & dotnetfx.exe. These softwares are also given with the setup CD & is in " Rcf_Dotnet_IE6 " Folder. Window installer & IE6 are also available in this folder. Window 98 user shall have minimum IE6 installed in their computers. Users having Window XP/Vista may not be required to run dotnetfx.exe.
6. Software will not work from Server. It works only on PC. The computer should have its operating system (Window OS) installed in C drive.
Use Window 98 / XP / Vista.
7. Internet is not required to run Super Civil CD Softwares.
